As a survivor of crime, you deserve the financial compensation and the lives of your family back together again and move forward. When organizations fail to protect sexual abuse victims, they must be held accountable!

Sexual Abuse Cases, Why More People are Filing?

Families, guardians, and others who have been sexually assaulted by a Scoutmaster or some other staff member of the Boy Scouts may be entitled to compensation by filing a Sex Abuse lawsuit.

For decades The Boy Scouts of America ran a public relations campaign claiming that Scouting was a safe and morally upright program that would physically, emotionally, and spiritually benefit boys. But it has become clear that those in authority violated its members’ rights by taking full advantage of their power role and committing crimes by preying upon innocent children.

Perpetrators of sexual abuse often embed themselves in organizations where they have access to vulnerable children. They gain the trust of children in order to gain access to their potential victims. However, the Boy Scouts of America allowed Troop Leaders to continue to work with young scouts even after they were made aware of sexual abuse.

All victims must file a claim by November 16, 2020 to be included in the bankruptcy proceedings.
